Snack Bar And Pool Service Attendants Summer 2024

Oakland Hills Country Club is a platinum private country club serving an elite membership that loves their club and cares for their staff. Work up to 40+ hours a week, based on your availability.

Job Summary:

This position provides premium poolside service for members and their guests, abiding by the service standards of the Club. The staff will be expected to have an excellent understanding of outdoor, table-side and Poolside service. The Snack Bar/Pool Service Attendants will also be expected to go above and beyond to deliver memorable events, while bringing a high level of energy and professionalism.

Job Duties:

• Takes food and beverage orders
• Serves and delivers food and beverages at the Snack Bar and around the pool
• Maintains accurate member charges and presents check for signature
• Keeps work area clean and neat, stock inventory, serve food to members and their guests
• Promotes an attitude of teamwork by assisting coworkers
• Works as directed to support the mission and values of Oakland Hills Country Club
• Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Working Conditions:

Work will generally be performed in both indoor and outdoor environments. Outdoor temperatures can range from 50F to 100F during summer months, and there will be exposure to loud noises and sustained elements. Working schedule is generally 20-40 hours per week, with some holidays and weekends required. Must have the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as required. General standing, walking, lifting, pushing and pulling movements are required.
