We are looking for candidates who like to stay busy at work and enjoy interacting with customers. We offer very simple and streamlined processes and procedures, making a job at Smoothie King quick to learn. We offer growth opportunities to Shift Lead positions, and even hire in for this role if it's the right candidate. We guarantee $10.50/hour minimum plus tips .

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Making custom-blended smoothies
• Friendly upselling of our nutritional supplements/enhancers
• Providing guests with information regarding our products
• Completing back-of-house prep of our fruits, vegetables, & powders
• Preparing and packaging delivery/pick-up orders
• Providing the best possible guest experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Energetic and dynamic individuals
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to learn Smoothie King’s products

KEY COMPETENCIES/CHARACTERISTICS:

• Ability to remain positive and calm under stressful conditions
• Exhibits clean, neat, and professional image at all times
• Physical requirements: Able to lift and carry 30+ pounds several times per shift
• Ability to read, decipher colors, and understand recipes
• Must have sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in work area
• Bending, turning, twisting upper body, and reaching throughout the workday
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of time

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• No experience necessary, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
• No formal education requirement.
