Smoothie Barista (The Juicery Salem)

The Juicery is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Smoothie Baristato join our team in Salem, MA!

In the role of Smoothie Barista, you'll join the team our hardworking crew at The Juicery Salem, located in the heart of Salem's historic downtown district. Ideal candidates will have experience in food service, but is not required. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Prepare and serve smoothies, acai bowls, organic juices, and on-the-go eats
• Provide top-notch customer service
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment as well as on your own
• Work with a sense of urgency to prep, prepare, and execute orders

The Juicery is an independently owned and operated quick serve restaurant chain operating in multiple states throughout New England. This juice bar is driven by producing high quality and healthy alternatives to other quick serve options that consumers have in the marketplace.

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required!)
• Full-time or part-time availability

Compensation:

The pay structure role of Smoothie Barista at The Juicery Salem includes:

• Rate of $13.50/hour plus an hourly rate tip-pool average (Please note tips are not guaranteed)

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
