CMDSS is looking for a talented and experienced SME UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products. You'll be a passionate advocate for user-centric design, translating complex concepts into intuitive and engaging interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with UX designers and product managers to understand user needs and translate them into high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
- Develop reusable UI components and front-end code using modern frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js, adhering to best practices and accessibility standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot UI bugs and ensure code quality through unit and integration testing.
- Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, actively contributing to knowledge sharing and best practice implementation within the team.
- Document code and design decisions for future reference and maintainability.

- 3+ years of experience as a front-end developer with a focus on UI/UX development.
- Proven understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for user-centric design and a strong desire to create delightful and intuitive experiences.
