Our Contract Handler Administrator provide administrative/contracts management support to the Zone Administration Manager, Branch General Manager and Sales& Operations Management. As an integral part of our team, you will be handling customer contracts with additional requirements to support sales and sales administrative functions as determined by local management for our Pacific Zone. Your contributions are critical to the success of our branch and directly impact our organization, which is why your confidence, meticulous organization, and take-charge attitude is paramount to our success. As a Contract Handler Administrator, you will: Review customer contracts, route to Sr. Management for approval and signatures Customer contact for contract issues, discrepancy discussions, and contract finalization Follow up on LOIs (Letter of Intent) and action-required contracts Create and process addendums for the contracts that have red-line items Process fully executed contract Provide assistance to the sales team Work is generally performed in an office environment with a moderate noise level and regular distractions Some physical requirements such as reaching, lifting, and bending Ability on occasions to work extended hours during end of month You will make an impact with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications: High School degree or state-recognized GED Must be proficient in utilizing and mastering various Software Systems including: Customer Relationship Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite-Tools and Systems (Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must possess demonstrated good verbal and writing skills Must be able to work as a Team Ability to work 7:00AM to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm Weekends and Nights as required by the business with advanced notice.

Experience with COI (Certificate of Insurance) and OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program)/CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) branch management 6 months or more of administrative support Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's Degree Experience supporting a sales or branch team You'll benefit from: Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
