Small Engine Mechanic/Technician - Part Time

No Experience Necessary. Seeking Part Time employee.

Matt’s Small Engine Repair is looking for a man/woman for Part Time work, which could lead to a lot more! I don’t really care if you have any experience with Small Engines, I can teach you that. What I am looking for is someone who is great with people, can work hard, likes getting dirty, has a mechanical background, and takes ownership of their work and the small business they work for.

Primarily I am looking for someone who will work on Small Engine equipment - tune ups, maintenance, and repairs. We service mainly residential power equipment: lawn mowers, snow blowers, generators, tillers, etc. We do not service or repair motorized recreational equipment. Outside of the main duties, it is expected to help with keeping up the shop, special projects, and odd jobs, but I promise it will be fair work and great pay.

The most important thing for me is someone who has the above, but is also fun, up beat, and has a go getter attitude.

I will provide all the tools, training, safety equipment and PPE, $300 annual clothing allowance, and anything else needed so that you enjoy working here.

This is a Part Time position, W-2 employment. Approximately 15-25 hours a week, with opportunity for more hours in the future.
