We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable people with a passion for fitness to join our SLTeam! Our training program will teach you everything you need to know about the SLT method, the Megaformer and how to teach and motivate clients to strengthen, lengthen, and tone their bodies. Our unique classes are high energy, low impact and full-body. The combination of strength training, Pilates, and cardio will leave you shaking, sweating, and completely hooked on the reSuLTs.
AUDITION DETAILS
After your application is reviewed, we'll ask you to submit a virtual audition. More details will be provided should we move forward with your application.
TRAINING PROGRAM DETAILS
Once an applicant applies, auditions and is accepted, they are expected to attend three mandatory trainings. Following the three sessions, trainees are paired with a mentor for 1:1 training. All trainees are expected to dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week with their assigned Mentor/Master Instructor throughout the duration of their training, in addition to at least 3 hours of at home practice.
The entire training process, beginning to end, will last approximately 8-12 weeks.
SLTEAM PERKS
Once approved to teach at SLT, Instructors are expected to teach at least 5 classes per month, in addition to subbing classes and attending company continuing education workshops.
