Duties:
- Completes forms/documents to accurately record and process cash transactions, jackpot payouts, fills, etc.
- Continually walk through assigned areas, providing exceptional guest service:
- Welcome guests, answer questions, provide directions, thank exiting guest/invite them to return.
- Pay jackpots in accordance with policy.
- Perform minor repairs as needed/calling for Slot Tech for larger repairs.
- Communicate information about special events.
- Pick up/dispose of trash, wipe-down/sanitize machines, and other miscellaneous duties to make the guest's experience a good one.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
