SalaryIMMEDIATE OPENINGS !!!!! Full time Skip tracer position available centrally located in Dallas,TX. Skip tracer role is to perform investigative research for the purpose of identifying the most current location where a person's vehicle may be found.
- Locate contacts using our database and advanced skip tools
- Communicate often with our clients
- Locate contacts by searching the worldwide web ( including social media platforms), public records and private database
- Ensure investigation findings are properly documented and communicated affectively in our system
- Comply with all federal state and local regulations with regards to personally sensitive information.
- Document completed tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Perform other duties as needed.
Responsibilities
Daily duties may include some or all of the following:
Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location software
Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software)
Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities
Manage the repossession process for bank clients
Work closely with bank, credit union and insurance employees
Perform in depth people/vehicle location searches
Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues
Make phone contact with customers, field agents, and while skip tracing
This position works under moderate supervision and does not supervise others.
