ROLINC Staffing, a niche staffing firm well established in industrial services, is currently seeking to fill a SKILLED TRADES RECRUITER for our Longmont office.

With 29 years of serving the recruiting/staffing needs of our clients in a number of industries, ROLINC Staffing is looking to grow beyond our great state of Colorado!

Our amazing recruiters handle these responsibilities daily:

• Receive ongoing training and education in recruiting & business cultivation/development in our industry - you don't have to be "experienced in recruiting"
• Manage a constant stream of interviewing activity via phone, ZOOM, face to face, etc...
• Use and find creative and productive sourcing techniques - we're open!
• Network online and through face-to-face interaction (can make a connection with anybody)
• Develop job descriptions and postings for securing top talent in our industries
• Hold consistent phone conversations and email correspondence with clients about the status of projects and personnel needs
• Meet with existing clients to discuss recruiting needs, including tours of facilities, networking events, etc. - we are very COMMUNITY oriented.
• Learn to handle managing client accounts to forecast needs and market skilled candidates properly
• Analyze profitable accounts/placements and focus where needed to meet growth goals
