Description:
- Assemble large-scale structural and automation equipment in accordance with project specifications
- Utilize knowledge of hand and power tools for efficient construction
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting project deadlines
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in assembly tasks
- Engage in heavy lifting activities as required by the project
- Comfortably work at heights up to 17’, and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks such as crouching, bending, pulling, and lifting

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in assembly, construction, automotive, or similar industry
- Proficient with a scissor lift (forklift proficiency a plus)
- Desire to work in a fast-paced construction or assembly environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and drawings to ensure accurate assembly
- Working knowledge of automation components (motors, belts, pulleys, sheet metal assemblies, hardware)
- Experience with standard hand tools (socket & box wrenches, hand drills & impact drivers, allen keys, files & deburring tools)
- Experience with standard machine shop tools & tool safety (belt sanders, band saws, bench grinders, drill presses)
- Familiarity with industrial-scale tools a plus (mill, lathe)
- Familiarity with standard wiring components a plus (Reading circuit diagrams, swage connectors, stripping & terminating wires, screw gate terminals)
