SKILLED FINISHED CARPENTER

We are an extremely busy General Contractor firm that does very high-end work from Palm Beach to Miami Beach. We are seeking a SkilledFinished Carpenter for a permanent full-time position.

We do high-end residential remodels and new custom home construction and are seeking a Skilled Finished Carpenter that is expected to self-perform, jump in and help, whatever it takes to get the job done right and on time.

Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour based on skill level.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

Applicant must be professional and able to work extremely well with little supervision.

Applicants must be able and willing to travel and have own tools.

Preferred Qualifications - Please notate that you are proficient in the areas below:

• Base, Casings, Crown, Doors
• Cabinetry Finish Work
• Drywall Installation, Finishing, and Repair
• Door Installation
• Framing / Carpentry
• Flooring
• Trim Work

All applicants must meet these requirements:

• At least 10 years' experience in the construction field
• At least 10 years of finish carpentry work
• Must have reliable transportation and be able and willing to travel
• Needs to have a good driving record & valid driver license
• Be legally able to work in the US, needs to speak, read, write, and understand English
• A motivated individual with good problem-solving skills and be able to follow directions
