Skilled Construction Worker

We are looking for a Skilled Construction Worker to join our team! Your main responsibility will be performing hands on field construction and repair in all phases of construction.
We expect strong attention to details and a broad knowledge of materials. If you are a hard-working person who can easily work alone and, on a team, when needed, then we are looking for you!
Job duties and responsibilities:
To be Prompt, Polite and Respectful
Read and understand blueprints
Basic layout of walls, kitchens, and bathrooms
Install millwork and trim
Install exterior doors and windows
Light framing, drywall and finishing
Painting
Install items where designated
Conduct repairs and maintenance
Job requirements and qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of different with carpentry materials and techniques.
Hands on experience with appropriate power tools
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Good physical condition and manual dexterity
Completed carpentry apprenticeship a plus
Experience: Construction Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
