The Ski Fitter is an integral part of the Nordic Ski Area team, the Ski Fitter assists Ski guests with rental equipment for their day on the slopes.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate of pay for this position is $16.45. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet all guests upon their arrival in the Badger Pass
- Assist guests with selecting the type, size, and use of the various equipment for proper fit
- Responsible for becoming familiar with cross-country skiing and all rental equipment available at the Cross-Country Ski Center
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding equipment and trails
- Communicate Cross-country ski programs to all guests
- Monitor the tubing area for safety and rule compliance
- Shovel snow and other physical work as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude in high stress situations
- Effectively communicate with guests to ensure all guests receive prompt and courteous service
- Diplomatically handle guest complaints, always polite and maintaining a professional manner
- Maintain a positive attitude in high stress situations
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of Cross-Country skiing
- Must be able to work independently
- Can read, write, understand and clearly speak English.
- 1-2 years skiing experience preferred
- Must be able to lift consistently lift 50lbs
