The Nordic Guest Services Team Member provides customer service to our guests and team in the Nordic Center. This position participates in the daily functions and responsibilities and acts as the primary interface linking our guests with our products and services which include track ticket and lesson sales, rentals, and snowshoe tours. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of our offerings and events, answering the phone and responding to messages, operating the point-of-sale station, communication with the instructor staff, Guest Services and other departments, and providing help with other tasks as needed.

  • At least 16 years old or older
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Comfortable working with and communicating verbally with the public
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiar working with Microsoft Office Products. (Outlook, Word, Excel.)
  • Comfortable working as part of a team
  • Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
  • Must be able to commit to work weekends and holidays during the winter season

Preferred Experience
  • Point of sale experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Bilingual- Spanish and English
