OVERVIEW:  Are you ready to take center stage in the world of process optimization and quality excellence? Look no further! We're on the hunt for a dynamic and driven QA Analyst to join our team and lead the charge in transforming our organization into a lean, mean, efficiency machine!

Join BAL as a QA Analyst and make a positive difference in the world! This professional will play a significant role in quality management and process improvement within our firm, especially in the context of QA methodologies and execution. You will be a critical driver of quality and process excellence at BAL, helping us achieve higher levels of efficiency, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness through data-driven process improvements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Navigate our end-to-end processes, spotting inefficiencies, and driving change. Armed with your quality control mastery and knowledge, you'll ensure BAL’s high-performance processes are always on full display to help our clients achieve their goals.
• You will dive into data, uncovering insights that lead to perfection for our clients - using your experience with statistical analysis and data wisdom to guide the way.
• Lead cross-functional teams, define scopes, and craft plans for standing ovation-worthy zero-era milestones.
• Unravel inefficiencies with DMAIC methodologies and improve processes in every aspect.
• You will help us master change management, introducing dazzling innovations with finesse for our clients.
• Nurture a culture of continuous improvement across the firm with a keen focus on the success of our clients.
• You will be the tempo-setter with KPIs, guiding us relentlessly to greatness.
• You’ll align all our processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Support the identification of factors critical to exceptional user experience and ensure process activities are aligned and designed to deliver these effectively.
• You will provide training and support to team members on all quality concerns, client issues, and application of quality methodologies, leading a culture where excellence is the norm.
• You will hold quality investigations and research resolutions for quality issues and eliminate problems from recurring.
• And you will perform consistent and frequent internal audits on processes to ensure compliance to specifications to promote customer satisfaction and zero-error goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, quality engineering, or a similar major; Masters preferred.
• Extensive experience in quality control is required (5+ years).
• 5+ years’ experience in transactional process redesign. Must be a process analysis and redesign expert.
• 3+ years’ experience in process captures and mapping required.
• Understanding of transaction monitoring and the ability to draw out user and process journey maps is required.
• Deep knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is required.
• Value stream mapping is preferred.
• CQAP certification preferred.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Diligent and meticulous mindset.
