One of these roles is a Site Superintendent. Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision and execution of assigned construction projects from project planning to project completion
• Oversee both internal personnel and subcontractors
• Manage the safety, quality of work, cost of work, schedule, labor, equipment, and materials associated with each site
• Schedule and coordinate daily job site activities
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction experience and 2+ years of experience as a foreman, preferably in the carpenter trade
• Experience working on scientific and technical construction projects is a plus
