Spherion is looking for a Senior Fleet Maintenance Advisor for our vehicle leasing and fleet management client! The Senior Fleet Maintenance Advisor will play an essential role on the customer service team, working with businesses, drivers, dealerships, mechanic shops, and other vendors throughout the U.S.

We are seeking candidates with professional customer service and service writing/advising experience. Please keep reading for more information on this exciting opportunity!

Highlights:

• Direct hire

• Salary: $60-65K/year
• Schedule: Full-time, onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Located in Madison, WI

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with business representatives to assist them with fleet management issues including the status of their vehicle orders, fuel card problems, vehicle maintenance, and more
• Support the sales team in account management
• Contact vehicle manufacturers and/or vehicle dealerships to place new vehicle orders
• Coordinate with fuel and maintenance vendors to resolve customer issues
• Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree 
• A valid driver's license 
• 2-5 years of customer service and service writing/advising experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and/or finance industry is a plus
• ASE Certification is desired but is not required
