Job Description
- Manage the RAMS Team.
- Supporting stakeholders in understanding processes.
- Assuring all rules and processes are applied.
- RAM Monitoring plan and RAM Monitoring reports.
- Support Tenders and Sourcing teams to choose and integrate product/system in projects.
Qualifications
- RAMS assessment and demonstration with 5+ years of experience. And/or Electrical and/or Electro-mechanical Engineering applied to Railway products with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience of 5+ years team management.
- Good Communications and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict Management and multitasking.
- Customer Focus / Management skills.
- Structured and organized with Hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English and national language on the site.
