We are actively seeking a Quality Managerto support our Quality department. Our continued growth has revealed the need for this dedicated role. Quality Managers oversee and facilitate the effective implementation of our Quality Management System at the project level. A successful QM will promote a team approach to ensuring the requirements of the Site-Specific Quality Plan, contract, drawings, plans, and specifications are met.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Champion RPCS Safety policies and safe work practices through leading by example.
- Lead RPCS's Benchmark Program, including training, facilitation, and approvals.
- Oversee all project inspections, including planning, auditing, scheduling, training, coaching, close-outs, and lessons learned.
- Supervise, train, and schedule Quality Inspectors, ensuring proper application of standard inspections and testing instructions.
- Track and monitor inspections and testing activities, reporting quality metrics for continuous improvement.
- Perform inspections, tests, and field audits as needed.
- Applying Stop Work Authority on any observed activity that appears to be out of compliance with Safety or Quality standards; empowering all project personnel to act in the same manner
- Promoting and leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Reviewing commissioning and energization plans, and coordinating inspections and tests as required
Skill, Knowledge, Education, and Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in Quality Management while managing quality inspectors, construction coordinators, technicians, or similar
- Good verbal and written communication (Bi-lingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and contract
- Must be analytical, organized, and have a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to influence people to adhere to company policies, procedures, and
- Ability to develop and interpret reports related to quality outcomes

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
