Reports ToThe Site Merchandising Associate will report to the eCommerce Site Merchandising and Operations Manager.
Job OverviewThe Site Merchandising Associate is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all product launches and updates of the Mizzen+Main website. Success in this role looks like managing the site to increase customer engagement, conversion rate, revenue, and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this role is to support the Site Merchandising Manager in achieving the department's objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities and Duties- Coordinate and execute the setup of products and merchandising on Shopify and Mizzen+Main's CSM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to request and upload site assets into Mizzen+Main's content management system for promotions and launches.
- Manage the creation and parameters of discount codes to support promotional campaigns. Monitor and report out on any discrepancies.
- Upload price adjustments to ERP and ensure they reflect appropriately across all channels.
- Manage item and merchandising across platforms outside of Mizzen+Main's proprietary website such as Carro, Shop App, and Instagram Shop.
- Ensure all products have accurate and up-to-date information on product detail pages, images, and pricing.
- Monitor Site Merchandising and identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience through landing page optimization.
- Support the Site Merchandising Manager in executing the overall Site Merchandising strategy.
- Manage and track tagging strategies for customers and products to understand lifecycle.
- Implement SEO changes to improve search rankings and increase traffic based on recommendations from third party partners.
- Collect all first party data via on-site forms and surveys to tell a holistic story.
- Maintain evergreen pages that house crucial marketing information such as blog, press page, athlete page, corporate orders, and wedding shop.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Site Merchandising or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working on a headless CMS platform, as well as Shopify is a plus.
- Understanding of discount code management, tagging strategies, and SEO optimization.
- Experience analyzing KPIs and providing insights, utilizing tools like Google Analytics 4 and other data sources.
