TRL Systems is seeking a seasoned Site Foreman for our Fire TI division. In this leadership role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation of fire life safety systems in commercial buildings.
Make a Difference Every Day:
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Install and program fire alarm systems (EST 3, FireLite, Silent Knight) with precision.
- Train your team on industry standards and best practices for fire safety systems.
- Ensure all projects meet deadlines and adhere to strict quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of construction experience with 5+ years specifically in fire system installation.
- Proven leadership skills with 4+ years of experience managing teams.
- NICET II Certification is a plus.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid California Driver's License with proof of auto insurance are required.
- Strong technical skills: Ability to interpret blueprints, program panels, and ensure proper system installation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Lead effectively, train technicians, and collaborate with clients.
- Commitment to safety: Maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to all safety regulations.

The base hourly range for this full-time position is $34.00 - 40.00 plus benefits. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all California locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
