By The Hand is a not for profit, religious organization. Individuals employed by By The
Hand are working in ministerial roles and perform all or some of the following
responsibilities: sharing the Gospel, teaching chapel, leading Bible studies, discipling
students and modeling behavior that is consistent with Christ's teaching.
Position Title:Site Administrator and Enrollment Specialist (Full-Time, Exempt)
Overview of Position
The Site Administrator and Enrollment Specialist is responsible for helping manage the
enrollment, vision and dental data for By The Hand Club. This position requires a self-
motivated and focused leader with a desire to serve youth in underserved neighborhoods.
The Site Administrator and Enrollment Specialist will report to the Site Director.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Performs in a way that is consistent with the vision, mission and culture of By The Hand and commits to excellence in every aspect of the overall operation.
• Models cultural values of By The Hand Club For Kids in day-to-day behavior.
• Follows all policies as outlined in the operational guide, including maintaining brand standards and ensuring 100% adherence to the Child Protection Policy.
• Participates in employee growth plans including a regular personal development plan meeting.
• Accountable to the Site Director for reaching specific work goals and fulfilling responsibilities.
• Oversees the student enrollment process and data collection
• Collaborates with the K-12 Administrator for vision, dental, transportation and food
• Ensures eye, dental, and Enrollment packet goals are met, including updated files on each student.
• Assists Site Leadership in reviewing, tracking and executing enrollment, dental and vision procedures
• Provides support for Team Leaders with maintaining attendance, retention, and home/school visit metrics.
• Coordinates the scheduling of eye and dental appointments for the site.
• The metrics aimed for by the person in this position are for 100% enrollment, 80% or better attendance, 80% or better retention, 80% or more home and school visits every three months.
• Attends leadership training and professional development opportunities.
• Complete and pass the ServSafe food manager certification.
• Works with Site Leadership to monitor and enforce policies and procedures to further the BTH religious purpose and religious freedom.
• Performs all other duties as required and assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
• This position requires a Christ-like servant leader who has a sense of calling and who models Biblical principles.
• Member of a Bible-believing church or an active participant in a Bible-believing church.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively.
• Passion and commitment for urban student transformation.
• Demonstrated strong relationship building skills with children and adults.

• Is adept at sharing the Gospel and does so whenever the opportunity arises with job candidates, students, parents and the community at large.
Education and Experience
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, i.e., education, ministry, social work, business, or counseling.
• Comfortable using Google Suite, Google Drive, Dropbox and communication apps.
• Personal and saving relationship with Jesus Christ, evidenced by a lifestyle that demonstrates the Word of God and displays a commitment to regular fellowship with other members in a Bible believing church.
• Has completed an evangelism course and is trained and prepared to share the gospel with others.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopies and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to speak and listen. This role may require you to move equipment from room to room and lift up to 50 pounds. Periodically has to travel to other
organizational sites for meetings and trainings.
