TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Site Acquisition Project Manager for the Southern California region. Site Acquisition Project Manager will provide leadership, expertise, communications, quality control, guidance, project and program management expertise for 5G wireless deployment projects.

- Understands the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget process. Participates in key planning milestones.
- Works with market cross-functional departments, third party vendors and peers in other markets to identify and share best practices. Ensures team clearly understands roles and responsibilities for the duration of the program.
- Creates and builds program and project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Action and Risk Registers. Facilitates and drives the customer and internal & external support teams to identify and schedule all the tasks for end-to-end deployment required to fulfill program scope. Performs management of upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Identifies goals and success criteria that drive the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and successes criteria for the program with key stakeholders and core team. Raises conflicts and resolves with the appropriate level of management.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Determines the cost and budget; performs resource forecasting. Manages the budget against planned and ensures the project margins are met.
- Analyzes areas of risk to avoid risky activities by identifying and managing critical paths and risk areas. Establishes contingency plans, identifies trigger events, and assumes responsibility for initiation of corrective actions.
- Identifies and helps the team make program tradeoffs to balance scope, time, and costs. Ensures proper documentation.
- Tracks and manages the program schedule and upstream and downstream dependencies. Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and adjusts to plan objectives. Drives action item resolution and tracks task completion.
- Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Identifies and manages proposed changes to program parameters and works with PMO and Program Manager to ensure appropriate reporting.
- Monitors and ensures the quality of program deliverables. Leads core team and key field resources to develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies, and tools to support the implementation of task.
- Effectively and clearly communicate both internally and externally (customers, vendors and partners) on regular basis to ensure all parties engaged are up to date with the project progress, roadblocks and mitigation plans.
- Ability to travel based on project needs time to time.
- 5+ years of end-to-end wireless deployment experience, which includes SCIPs, leasing, CoLo applications, Joint Pole applications, zoning, permitting, reviewing construction drawings, utility coordination, vendor management, and environmental & regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience developing wireless project schedules utilizing Site Tracker.
- Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with wireless network deployments is a must.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities, sometimes under extreme time-critical conditions.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and work with minimal direction.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project and Outlook as well as Smartsheets.
