As a Single Role Paramedic, you will serve as the lead medic on our EMS Squad. Your expertise and leadership will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality emergency medical services within our community.
Required Education and Experience:
- Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
- One (1) year of relevant full-time paramedic or related medical experience.
- Associate degree in paramedicine or other specific area of study as deemed applicable.
- Possession of and ability to obtain and maintain a State of Oregon Paramedic License by date of hire.
- Possession of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Possession of CPR for Healthcare Providers certification or equivalent.
Available Schedule:
- 4/10 schedule, evenings and weekends required.
The anticipated hiring range for the Single Role Paramedic position is $31.54 (first step) to $33.12 or $34.78 (second or third step). Directly related experience and qualifications will be evaluated alongside others who perform work of comparable character as required by Pay Equity Law. Three steps are included in this salary range, allowing opportunity for annual movement through the steps.
