GENERAL SUMMARY
We are looking for a positive, motivated candidate for our growing Service Department. This role is customer-facing with the public and represents Marysville Toyota Service in a friendly, professional manner at all times. Looking for an individual that can fit into the friendly, fun, and low pressure culture that the company has created. Looking for someone with a positive and upbeat personality that truly enjoys assisting other people.
Reports To: Service Manager
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides excellent Customer Service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, and asking questions to ensure understanding of needs.
- Ability to maintain multiple schedules and schedule service appropriately based on customers needs and given information.
- Maintains composure in handling large volume of incoming guests and scheduling. Ability to prioritize and assess urgency levels.
- Basic computer knowledge for word processing and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Using equipment consistent with industry standards (credit card machine, 10-key, fax, copier, etc.)
- Warmly welcome customers into the dealership and introduce them to their service advisor.
- Ability to handle transactions as needed once services rendered.
- Working effectively with others.
- Speaks enthusiastically, clearly, concisely, and effectively.
- Builds productive working relationships, consults with others as necessary.
- Has an approachable, positive, and enthusiastic style; fosters open communication through active listening.
- Promotes cooperation and teamwork through actions.

- Participates in departmental and company-wide meeting preparation.
- Supply orders and storage maintenance.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School degree or equivalent preferred.
