Job description

The Showroom Standards Manager owns the operations process for new showroom openings, remodels, and resets. You will coordinate with stakeholders within the VCC organization, Facilities, Merchandising, and Operations.Responsibilities:Manages on site merchandising operations and logistics including 3PL coordination for all showroom opening supplies and merchandising deliveriesManages with 3PL and Inventory Logistics Coordinator, all showroom opening/resets open purchase orders with vendorsManages with 3PL and Inventory Logistics Coordinator: showroom re-orders for store displays, collateral, bulbs, parts, and finish samples for the showroom/companySupports showroom openings and resets by coordinating: supplies, trash pickup, meet with onsite vendorsWorks closely with managers to ensure accurate inventory after store openings and resetsCoordinates communication with showrooms regarding price increases, resets, blue tag sales and tag supplies. Responsible for supporting and fulfilling tag updates as needed.Owns tag creations for showroom openings and resetsManages the opening of all new showroomsOnsite coordinator of IT, Merchandising and Operations teamsReceive 3PL deliveries and suppliesEnsure proper install storage shelves, office desk, printer stand, and lockersStock supplies, place accessoriesManage product hang tags: coordinate, print, hangOwn initial inventory reconciliation with operations coordinationManage RMA/RGA - operations to enter RTV in SPHandoff to ROM and SRM at showroom opening date or reopening after resets or remodelsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2 years of experience in a purchasing, merchandising or related fieldExperience with independently managing projects and delivering results on-time and accuratelyMust exhibit proficient computer skills utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite of software with working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SalesPadSuperior organization, attention to detail, accuracy, planning skills, time management and prioritization with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a dynamic team environment that spans several businesses which are managed in several locationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of managementMust demonstrate maturity in judgement, commitment, dependability, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule as determined by manager.
