Showroom Manager/Designer

We are seeking a motivated individual to be our Showroom Manager in Houston, TX.

Our organization will soon be the market leader for custom, European inspired cabinetry. The products we produce are the highest quality, and range from simple to spectacular, being produced by top of line CNC machines and equipment.

What you’ll do:

· Manage Houston Showroom

· Develops strategies to explore sales opportunities

· Create events for Designers, Architects and local GC

· Locate potential partners

· Train and manage a team of professionals

· Manage and delegate daily calls received from our marketing leads

· Feed and maintain up to date CRM system weekly

· Report weekly the show room sales (use the ongoing excel template)

· Review weekly our sales report progression with each designer

· Prior to send file to final measurements, review to prevent problems

· Report monthly to the CEO

· Position target goals for the showroom and to each team member

· Quarterly review with each designer over Insightly pipeline to identify their performance

· Review with Project Manager that he has the project information prior to final measurements

· Motivate team

· Quarterly review with DO for performance and target goals

· Keep the showroom in high standards to host clients

What you’ll need:

· 3 to 5 years’ experience in retail managing with kitchen, closet, and vanity cabinets

· Knowledge in a cabinet design software (Mozaik +)

· Knowledge in Sketchup and Enscape (or similar programs) for designing and renderings

· Knowledge of Office software (MS Office, Excel, Etc.)

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the showroom
- Provide leadership and guidance to the showroom staff
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Create and manage budgets, including payroll and expenses
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in custom cabinetry retail management, preferably in a showroom setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent shift management abilities to ensure smooth operations
- Proficient in payroll management and scheduling
- Knowledge of inventory control techniques and practices
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it may be beneficial for interacting with diverse customers
- Ability to conduct employee orientation sessions and provide ongoing training
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage store operations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
