Job description

Chariot Plumbing Supply & Design has been providing premium kitchen and bathroom products for home and commercial properties since 2004 and last year, we acquired a Tools Division serving Fabricator Clients along the Wasatch Front including the St. George area. We are currently looking for a professional and highly administratively-skilled individual with exceptional customer service experience to fill our Showroom Concierge position.

The perfect candidate has the ability to work productively, collaboratively, and flexibly with all teams and team members across the company landscape, is highly personable and congenial with customers and clients, and is pridefully detail-oriented with accurate research and investigative talent to dig into product knowledge, draw intelligent conclusions, and then solve complex customer service issues concerning product returns and warranties.

Duties & Responsibilities*:

  • As the Showroom Concierge, you will take full ownership of the reception area to provide an exceptionally tailored experience for all of our clientele as they enter our showroom and assist with all will-call pick ups, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Reconcile all warranty receivables by preparing all claims, negotiating any areas of dispute, follow-up with vendors and customers to remedy all issues
  • Processes all warranty and return paperwork, ensuring proper detailed documentation
  • Answering phones, directing calls to appropriate department
  • Keeping our reception and showroom areas clean and professional
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • 3-5 years of skilled administrative office management, customer service, and background in a front-facing role dealing with in-person clients
  • Computer and typing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex policies
  • You create professional emails and have excellent phone etiquette
  • You like people and are motivated to provide top-of-the-line customer service
  • You are a problem solver with a can-do personality who can adapt on the fly especially under pressure
  • You carry out duties with accuracy, speed, and multi-task like a pro
  • You communicate successfully with several personalities and genuinely enjoy helping others
  • You pride yourself on your high attention to detail
  • You work cooperatively and strategically in a team environment with all levels of professional and administrative staff
