Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to guide their clients through properties
- Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to refine or confirm clients’ search parameters
- Craft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours a week to lead generation
- Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards
- Partake in team activities according to team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
- Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
