Duties:
- Short-Order Cook:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to simple recipes
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines
• Required: Cooking knowledge or previous cook experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment

-Assistant to Cook/Cashier

• Assist Cook and Cashier in packaging food and bring out orders
• Assist with frying, as needed
• Tidy up prep areas and limited seating areas with staff
• Re-stock inventory
• Assist in inventory management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
