Job Location: Open to US Remote Candidates
Summary:
The Shopper Marketing Specialist is responsible for working with a cross-functional team in the planning and execution of digital promotions for the largest bedding and furniture brands in the industry, designed to drive shopper engagement and traffic to independent retailers.
Attention to detail is crucial as the candidate will be measured on execution of campaigns. The candidate should be able to manage their own workload prioritization with direction from their manager, be professional in all communication, able to multi-task and focused on executional excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must be Member focused. Our mission is to help independent retailers thrive on their own terms.
- Strong communication skills with an attention to detail is required. In practice, this means cross-functional collaboration to launch promotional campaigns and various marketing initiatives utilizing a project management tool
- Take the lead in the collection of campaign planning and post-campaign data collection
- Able to plan strategically and cull large amounts of information down to scope briefs for execution. Plan and track against deadlines. Ideally, we look to plan 90-120 days out.
- Familiar with basic design principles in order to proof promotional campaign images & marketing project collateral.
- Excellent time-management skills will be needed in order to follow project timelines and coordinate deliverables to hit project deadlines.
- Must work well with others of varying levels within the organization. Must collaborate day-to-day with marketing and communication teams, membership, merchandising, and other departments.
- Participate in Joint-Marketing Planning with key vendor partners
- Travels to Nationwide PrimeTime events (twice annually).
Job Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Entry level or 1-2 years experience working in an office setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
