We are looking for a strategic thinker and nimble tactician with proven Shopper Marketing experience to join our team.

In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Public Relations and Shopper Marketing and will lead a mix of marketing, analysis, innovation, strategy, tactical execution, project management, and communication initiatives across our owned and licensed brands.

The Shopper Marketing Manager will be expected to lead cross-functional teams, own key initiatives and analysis, while being highly collaborative with multiple teammates and leadership. You will evaluate financial and KPI performance of assigned brands/products and develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and grow sales. There will be extensive coordination and working in conjunction with multiple departments throughout the organization, chiefly the Operations and Sales Teams.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Execute shopper / omnichannel marketing activations across multiple platforms for owned and licensed brands. This includes campaign set up, tactical execution, performance projections and measurement, budget tracking, along with third-party relationship management.
  • Partner with management on the development of strategic initiatives
  • Management of paid media strategies and tactics
  • Create and communicate recaps for buyers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in management of marketing budget and reconciliation of invoices.
  • Manage the departments’ contracts and renewals.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Marketing, Advertising, or related field with 10 years’ experience in a CPG marketing or shopper / digital marketing role; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including some weekends.
  • Food/beverage experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must have EXCELLENT:
    • Analytical and budgeting skills with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Understanding of customer/retailer and market dynamics, needs, and requirements.
    • Comfort level interfacing with departments outside of marketing, including Sales, Operations, etc.
    • Macro understanding of marketing tactics outside of direct responsibilities, e.g., social media, brand marketing, digital advertising, public relations, etc.
    • Organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Must speak and write English fluently.
  • Requires use of hands for typing, handling paperwork, & other office functions such as copying, sorting, & filing
  • Requires long periods of sitting and viewing computer screens.
  • Ability to travel by air or car, as needed.
