Shop Service Technicians will service digital imaging systems within a customer first environment while utilizing electrical, mechanical, and computer networking skills to troubleshoot difficult problems and ensure long term customer satisfaction through regular maintenance. We are seeking hard working, customer focused, self-motivated candidates with strong electromechanical aptitude, computer skills and good cause and effect troubleshooting skills. Candidate will be responsible for supporting our In-House service shop preparing digital office equipment for delivery.
Annual salary offered up to $38,000.
Responsibilities
- Setup and ‘Pre-Flight’ equipment following company and manufacture standards and processes including checklists, ensuring all necessary accessories and components are installed and operational before delivery
- Ensure proper settings, applications and functions are enabled per order requirement.
- Refurbish used equipment following company processes and standards.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending and successfully completing manufacturer training.
- Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintain productivity goals consistently, set by Manager and Supervisor.
- Effectively manages time and activity to maximize utilization.
- Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process; set project goals; initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation within and between employees and departments.
- Always maintain professional and clean work area.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Communicate project details, concerns or issues to manager/supervisor and appropriate teams.
- Be able to work and communicate well with other employees and departments.
- Consistently maintain positive, professional behavior and projects a positive and supportive image of self and Impact Networking.
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor or manager.
