Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8:30am - 6:00pm (some flexibility on start/end time)
Wage: Starting wage $25-$27+ (negotiable based on experience)

What does a day look like?
- Lead collections efforts, managing follow-ups on delinquent accounts.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them within the organization.
- Assist walk-in customers and relay concerns to relevant departments.
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and repair orders.
- Maintain financial records and perform accounting duties.
- Run daily financial reports and manage customer data.
- Perform month-end financial tasks and bank runs.
- Reconcile vendor statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Order office supplies and manage outgoing mail and deliveries.
Knowledge and Skills to be successful
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial record-keeping and accounting tasks.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Minimum Requirements and Preferences
- Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, preferably in a heavy-duty truck repair or automotive environment.
- Skills: Knowledge of truck repair systems (preferred), excellent communication skills, experience in accounts receivable/payable, and a high level of customer service.
