Shop Lead - Manufacturing

We are an established metal fabrication shop that specializes in industrial, structural, and custom fabrication. The company is a fast pace environment that strives to always meet our schedule and provide high quality products. In addition to talented fabricators, we utilize state of the art machines to help achieve a high level of accuracy, quality, and efficiency. We are currently looking for someone that takes pride in their work, has relevant experience, and is able to effectively lead the prefabrication department. This is a fulltime position with the possibility of overtime depending on work load.
Ideal Candidate Will:
Be reliable, honest, trustworthy, and manage time well. Display a high level of computer proficiency, and be able to quickly learn new software required for the performance of position responsibilities. Be able to adapt schedules and adjust workflow and tasking when priorities change. Additionally, this candidate should demonstrate quality leadership for the valued people on our team.
Software / Industry specific training will be provided for the right candidate with relevant experience. We ask that you are already proficient and have relevant experience in a couple operations within the shop.
Machine operations include but are not limited to:

• Press Brake / Forming
• Laser Cutting
• Plasma Table Cutting
• Bandsaw Cutting
• CNC Router Table
• CNC Mill

General skills needed:

• Blueprint reading
• Computer / technology skills
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Reading tape measure, calipers, and angle finders to quality checking parts
• Familiarity with sheet metal forming and cutting operations
• Manufacturing experience
