Our team is growing, and Marcon Metal USA (www.marconmetal.com) is hiring a Shop Helper to join our dynamic team based out of Ferndale, WA, fabricating our custom-designed structural steel assemblies.
Skills & Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning the shop/yard.
- Cleaning steel with a grinder.
- Move materials in the yard using a forklift.
- Packing up jobs for shipping.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience working with power/air tools.
- Understanding of basic English (written + spoken).
- Forklift experience is an asset.
Shift available:
- 1st (Day) Shift - Monday to Friday (Five 8-Hour shifts with 30-minute unpaid lunch) - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- 2nd (Afternoon) Shift - Monday to Thursday (Four 10-Hour shifts with 30-minute unpaid lunch) - 3:15 pm to 1:45 am (includes a $1.00 shift differential).
