Job Description:
Bradken is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Helper to join our team. The Maintenance Helper will report to the Machine Shop Supervisor and assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Responsibilities include lubricating industrial equipment, supporting maintenance mechanics and millwrights, picking up and delivering parts, and following work instructions in a safe and timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Pay Range: $19.97-$23.53

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Follow a daily work guide provided by the Machine Shop Supervisor.
- Execute the bi-weekly grease route to ensure proper lubrication of equipment.
- Assist Maintenance Mechanics and Millwrights in carrying out preventive maintenance tasks according to the provided schedule and work instructions.
- Maintain accurate record files and maintenance logs for all oilers and water traps.
- Utilize appropriate tools for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Adhere to Lock-out Tag-out, Confined space, and Fall protection policies after receiving proper training.
- Maintain cleanliness and practice good housekeeping in all work areas.
- Report any safety or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Notify the supervisor of any maintenance needs.
- Participate in special activities, projects, and programs to support safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a maintenance or industrial setting is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is desirable.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Pay Range: $19.97-$23.53
