Shipping/Receiving Lead

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receiving operations in a warehouse environment
- Supervise a team of receiving associates and provide guidance and support
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming shipments
- Inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity, and report any discrepancies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper storage and organization of received items
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, including OSHA regulations
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to receiving or inventory control

Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team management role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Experience with e-commerce operations is a plus
