Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Shipping & Receiving Specialist that thrives in a fast-paced work environment. The Shipping & Receiving Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and sending shipping confirmations with tracking numbers to order contacts for all parts ordered and system ordered jobs, identifying & resolving shipping discrepancies and log client feedback in the ERP system. This position requires the ability to consistently lift and move large objects and packages frequently exceeding 75lbs.

Compensation: Base Salary, Semi-Annual Performance Profit Sharing Bonus and Year End Profit Sharing Bonus.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm, overtime as needed
Tasks:
- Act as secondary backup for Project Coordinator and Inspection & Site Contract Coordinator roles.
- Answer and address 24/7 Emergency Repair Service phone calls in the queue after hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Answer and fully address Scheduled Service and Emergency Service calls received on an as needed basis.
- Answer Further Assistance queue calls.
- Consistently lift and move large objects and packages frequently exceeding 75lbs.
- Drive company owned vehicle to pick up parts or equipment from local suppliers on an as needed basis.
- Generate and send shipping confirmations with tracking numbers to order contacts for all Parts Ordered and System Ordered jobs.
- Identify and resolve receiving discrepancies (wrong quantity, part number, etc.) in a efficient and accurate manner.
- Log client feedback in the ERP system.
- Manage and present Pending RMA section of daily project meeting.
- Manage freight carrier partnerships in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
- Manage organization of items received by order and location, logging bin or receiving shelf location in ERP order items.
- Manage warehouse stock parts and consumable inventory, including submitting requests to Purchasing for items needed.
- Operate forklift safely and efficiently loading and uploading freight.
- Own and manage the processing of supplier RMAs. Submitting request, returning items, update ERP order items, and ensuring credit is received for processing by Accounts Payable.
- Packaging and preparing items for scheduled orders including labeling each item with relevant item/asset sticker. Ensuring all required items are received by the correct branch or assigned technician prior to scheduled installation.
- Partner with Purchasing to identify stocking opportunities that will reduce past costs, freight costs, and/or client lead time.
- Process all packages received on a daily basis.
- Process monthly branch consumable parts request efficiently and accurately.
- Receive items in ERPs verifying against the order items list, service parts request, and HCR purchase orders.
- Run and manage monthly carrier performance reports. Filing claims for late or damaged shipments and ensuring credit is received for processing by Accounts Payable.
- Scan and upload BOLs daily to order files in ERP system.
- Update supplier and HCR tracking numbers by item in ERP system.
