Summary:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).

Responsibilities:
- Identify DG/HM direct material, indirect material, complete goods for shipping operations
- Identify employees performing DG/HM related to shipping functions
- Assure employees are held accountable for their DG/HM responsibilities
- Maintain DG/HM training & shipping records per regulations
- Ensure employees have proper training per country and modes of transport
- Implement and maintain the Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials Management System (DGMS/HMMS)
- Receive certification training relative to responsibilities in area of DG/HM shipping in order to be qualified to be the in house expert
- Develop, communicate and implement work instruction processes (e.g. packaging, shipping)
- Conduct annual DGMS/HMMS self-assessment
- Coordinate employee DG/HM training
- Work closely with DG/HM shipping, receiving and mailroom operations
- Communicate DG/HM information employees on a regular basis
- Monitor DG/HM regulations for changes
