Shipping Coordinator

Jornik is a multi-award winning supplier in the Promotional Products Industry. All of our work is deadline driven, so our company is very fast paced, and the environment can be chaotic and overwhelming at times.

You will work with our shipping team to assist in shipping and QCing over 500 packages daily. Every order ships through our ERP system, so you must be comfortable with computers. scanned into our system, and you will need to enter information about what is inside each carton accurately manually. Computer experience is a must. You will also share the responsibility of QC'ing all shipping labels to make sure they are addressed and shipped correctly. All orders are deadline driven, so the environment is highly chaotic and intense.

Main job responsibilities:

- Cooridnate with the shipping supervisor orders to ship out each day; this will include LTL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and international shipments.

- Must be able to easily lift 30-pound cartons, and move them.

- Respond to daily emails.

- Create LTL quotes for our sales team.

- Export daily shipping log at the end of each day.

Qualifications: --

- Computer skills; Microsoft Office, including Excel

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Easily can lift up to 50 lb cartons and move them

- Ability to stand on your feet for multiple hours in a row

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
