Shipping Coordinator - 2nd Shift

Main Purpose

As a Shipping Coordinator with Tradebe, you will be responsible for properly shipping containers and drums out of the facility. This is a 2nd Shift position (Mon-Fri 3:00PM-11:30PM).

Key job responsibilities

• Ensure that all processing areas are in compliance with DOT, RCRA and Tradebe Permit standards
• Consolidate small containers for shipment; move and ship containers.
• Maintain DOT compliance of all shipments loads to be processed offsite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to three (1 to 3) years of industry experience preferred
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations; ability to operate a forklift
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication
• Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOP’s, manifests, bills' of lading
