- Comply with all company policies and procedures including Health, Safety and Quality Assurance policies
- Report injuries, accidents, near misses or unsafe conditions to a Supervisor or Manager immediately
- Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times
- Inspects all goods to be shipped against packing slips to ensure materials or parts are shipped accurately
- Read and understand shipping paperwork; prepares goods for delivery and enters all relevant information into electronic receiving system
- Operate forklift for truck and van loading; brace and block trailers as needed
- Prepare, band, and wrap pallets
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Able to understand, interpret and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing specifications
- Basic level computer skills to include MS Outlook and Excel; experience with Epicor system preferable
- Ability to adjust to changes without compromising Quality or Performance
- Must be able to work a shift schedule and overtime as needed, including weekends
- Must be able to stand for the duration of scheduled shift
- Ability to manually load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, platforms up to weighing 25- 80 lbs
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Manual dexterity using hands, fingers, and arms to push, pull, reach, grab, hold, lift, and hammer
- Warehouse environment with multi step process production runs on different machines. High value, highly customized components, long and large parts, and high precision manufacturing for critical service applications
