Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and staging items for delivery.
Verify the accuracy of shipment contents and documentation.
Operate a forklift to load and unload shipments from trucks and storage areas.
Safely maneuver forklifts in tight spaces and around obstacles.
Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Basic computer skills for entering shipping information and generating labels.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or shipping environment.
Valid forklift operator certification/license.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
