Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience with order fulfillment, warehouse management systems, and operating forklifts. Responsibilities: - Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents - Unload and inspect packages for damage or discrepancies - Sort and distribute incoming shipments to the appropriate departments or storage areas - Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items - Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner - Maintain inventory records and update the warehouse management system (WMS) - Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy - Operate forklifts or other equipment to move materials within the warehouse - Collaborate with other team members to optimize warehouse operations - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred - Familiarity with order picking, packing, and shipping processes - Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other related software - Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently (valid forklift certification is a plus) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners We offer competitive pay based on experience. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
