Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Prillaman’s Crane and Rigging, Inc is looking to hire a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator with forklift certification.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Inspect and document any damages or discrepancies in shipments
- If needed unload and load trucks using a forklift
- Organize and stock received items in the appropriate warehouse/yard location and label it
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order picking and fulfillment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Shipping and Receiving or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to operate forklift safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to accurately inspect shipments and maintain inventory records
- Basic computer skills for data entry and navigating inventory systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
