We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator who can work through our shipping processes and coordinate schedules within the facility and will report to the Warehouse Supervisor. Key Responsibilities
Handle the workflow in the Shipping office to coordinate activities on 2nd Shift.
Process shipping paperwork to ship product (BOL's, packing slips) using our SAP software.
Responsible for understanding daily shift cutover tasks, and optimally judges priorities, and communicates that to others
Complete inventory movement in SAP and have the desire to drive to the root cause of issues along with troubleshooting.
Coordination of inbound/outbound scheduling.
Complete management of all LTL drivers.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
3 years of distribution experience.
Prior SAP experience.
Ability to effectively connect with subordinates, peers, & support management and handle confidential information.
Basic digital literacy with experience on how to maneuver files, systems, and programs.
