Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team at our Chandler location! Our ideal candidate is someone with Shipping and/or receiving experience, understands how to logically process information, is looking to start their career or even a seasoned professional who’s looking to make a change.

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position that works on our rotating schedule, where we have every other Friday off.

Week 1: M-F 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Week 2: M-T 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Friday off)

About Qualastat:

Qualastat is a Trexon company that has been assembling interconnection systems since 1986 in two locations: Chandler, AZ and Gettysburg, PA. The products we manufacture are relied upon to keep warfighters safe and protect the interests of our country.

Responsibilities:

· Process shipments to customers, generate packing lists and invoices, and receive in shipments utilizing our ERP system.

· Generate and schedule UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight shipments.

· Receive in shipments from suppliers (counting product, reviewing accuracy of the shipment, ensuring paperwork is correct, entering product into our ERP system).

· Pull parts and kit manufacturing jobs by using a pick list.

· Generate and print labels.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office.

· Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).

· Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

· Detail oriented with an eye for quality work.

· Good communication skills (English).

· High school diploma.
