Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store
• - Ensure efficient inventory control and ordering processes
• - Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• - Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• - Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
• - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty
• - Train and develop staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
• - Create and manage work schedules for employees
• - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Experience:
• - Previous experience in retail sales or store management is required
• - Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• - Strong sales and customer service background
• - Experience in budgeting and financial management is preferred
• - Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
• - Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training employees

Pay: $18.51 - $24.00 per hour
